Demande C2 #2385968 (MLacerte)

SVP modifier la mention d'appeler le MD après 3 glycémies > 16 selon la nouvelle version de l'OPI. voir modif en jaune.
Aussi ajouter aviser phamacie si modification de l'échelle suite à une hypoglycémie (mention sous l'algorithme. Merci !
